You will lead teams, manage performance, assure regulatory compliance, and drive quality initiatives, with emphasis on communication, staff development, and patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• 3+ years RN experience, at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Current SC RN license; national nursing certification at hire or within 6 months.
• CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent service and patient satisfaction, guiding staff accordingly.
• Oversees staffing, performance management and resource allocation.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and maintains quality of care.
• Drives process improvements and patient advocacy across units.
