Job summary

Lexington Health in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (RN) to serve as an administrative liaison and resource across the practice. You will coordinate patient care, manage clinical staff, schedule vacations, and orient new hires while ensuring policy compliance and patient education.

Your role supports physicians and the nursing team, maintaining room readiness, medication management, and accurate documentation in the electronic health record. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• ASN or ADN required with current SC RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; 2 years in specialty area within past 5 years.
• CPR certification required; basic first aid knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate patient care and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee patient care processes across the practice.
• Manage staff assignments, vacation calendar, and new staff orientation.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms, supplies, and medication management as directed.
• Ensure compliance with coding/documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Provide patient education and effective communication with providers.
