Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Heart & Vascular team in Riverside. You will provide general nursing care, perform assessments, and collaborate with physicians, APPs, and nurses to support cardiac patients.

Responsibilities include patient education, care planning, and adherence to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. The role includes a 40-hour workweek with day shifts, orientation, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• BLS from American Heart Association is required.
• RN license in Ohio Board of Nursing.
• 2+ years of Heart and Vascular experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and plan nursing care for patients.
• Identify outcomes and plan interventions to achieve patient goals.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and document responses.
• Lead process-improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and the care team to coordinate care.
