Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and in good standing.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• 30% Assessment/Diagnosis: Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning: Document planned nursing interventions.
• 20% Implementation/Evaluation: Evaluate response to interventions and revise plans as needed.
• 10% Leadership: Participate in process improvement activities for quality and safety.
• 10% Operations: Focus on safety, quality and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
