Job summary

OhioHealth Mansfield is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cardiology team. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, perform assessments, and collaborate with a 20-provider team to support patient education and triage decisions.

The role is Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, with orientation and a learning culture. You must hold an Ohio RN license and BLS certification; cardiology experience is a plus. Join a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
BLS certification required as part of minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

30% Assessment/Diagnosis: perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
30% Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
20% Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate response to nursing interventions and adjust care as needed.
10% Leadership: participate in process improvement to improve quality and patient satisfaction.
10% Operations: focus on safety, quality and efficiency in duties as an HRO.
