Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a pre-licensure RN graduate to participate in the SSM Health New Graduate Nurse Residency Program. Under a registered nurse, you will provide patient care within professional standards and scope, delivering age-appropriate nursing care for diverse medical conditions.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, patient education, and accurate documentation. Night shift (7p–7a) with rotating weekends; department: Cardiac Unit; schedule: 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Nursing-related competencies and care delivery abilities.
• Eligibility for RN licensure per state boards.
• No minimum RN experience required (less than 1 year accepted).

Responsibilities

• Performs delegated tasks based on demonstrated competence and training.
• Conducts patient assessments across biophysical, psychosocial, spiritual, cultural, and age needs; develops and updates care plans.
• Provides patient and family education and coaching on health topics.
