Qualifications
- Pre-licensure graduate participating in SSM Health New Graduate Nurse Residency Program.
- Provides age-appropriate care under RN supervision.
- Must meet nursing program outcomes and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Performs delegated tasks based on demonstrated competence.
- Performs patient assessments including biophysical, psychosocial, spiritual, cultural and age-appropriate needs.
- Delivers patient/family education and coaching.
- Documents orders and care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborates with physicians and health care professionals regarding patient care.
