Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assesses health status through history and exam.
• Initiates therapies, orders tests, prescribes within scope.
• Educates patients on prevention and management of illnesses.
• Documents findings and plans in medical records.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Manages a patient caseload with attention to confidentiality.
• Participates in credentialing and FPPE/OPPE processes.
