Qualifications

• Licensed NY RN with NP certification and current registration.
• Master’s NP program completed or equivalent.
• Board certification in NP and NY credentialing required.
• DEA license and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NALS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and perform comprehensive histories and exams.
• Initiate orders, prescribe within scope, and adjust care plans.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease management.
• Document findings and plans in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and the health care team.
• Manage referrals and participate in FPPE/OPPE evaluations.
