Qualifications

• 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience is preferred.
• Previous acute care RN experience in Cardiology.
• 1+ year of clinical experience.
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
• Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
• Board Certification with the ANCC as an Adult, Acute Care or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• New York State Prescriptive Authority.
• Current Registration with the DEA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with remote monitoring for Heart Failure patients.
• Drive long-term care for patients with implantable devices.

Education

Master’s Degree in Nursing

Tools

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
