Summary:

Responsible for identifying basic normal rhythms/dysrhythmias and lethal arrhythmias, reporting these findings to the appropriate personnel, and labeling and mounting rhythm strips.

Required Certification: None required; EMT or EKG certification preferred.

Qualifications: Must be able to pass an exam identifying basic rhythms after training.

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; a Certificate of Completion may also qualify.

Facility: BayCare Health System, Monitor Techs-SFBH

Location: South Florida Baptist Hospital

Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt

Shift Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Shift: Shift 3 (Nights)

Weekend Work: Every Other

On Call: No
