Qualifications

• RN with 1+ year of experience required at hire.
• TX RN license required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 14 days.
• Competence in RN I performance expectations or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments and delivers holistic nursing care.
• Develops, directs, and evaluates individualized care plans with education and discharge planning.
• Prepares patients for procedures and administers physician orders with safety protocols.
• Reassesses patient responses and communicates changes to physicians.
• Facilitates bedside handoffs and thorough patient updates.
• Maintains a safe environment and contributes to quality initiatives.
