Qualifications

• BSN required and Texas RN license upon hire.
• 1+ year of RN experience upon hire.
• Demonstrated competence per RN I performance expectations or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive patient assessments and delivers holistic nursing care.
• Develops, directs, and evaluates individualized care plans with education and discharge planning.
• Prepares patients for procedures and administers medications per physician orders.
• Regularly reassesses patient responses and updates care plans accordingly.
• Communicates effectively with the team and provides thorough patient updates during handoffs.
• Maintains a safe environment and contributes to quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
