Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital is seeking a Cath Lab Resource Coordinator to support timely case reconciliation, charge capture, inventory management and supply utilization in Cardiovascular Services. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, technologists, Materials Management, and Revenue Cycle teams to ensure accurate documentation and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with electronic medical record documentation systems, inventory systems, and/or charge capture processes.
• Knowledge of medical or cardiovascular supply workflows, preferred.
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory, interventional radiology, surgical services or other procedural environment.
• Experience with Xper hemodynamic systems, procedural documentation systems, or inventory management systems.
• Related experience in logistics or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Supports timely and accurate procedural case reconciliation, charge capture, inventory management, and supply utilization processes.
• Coordinates with physicians, nursing staff, technologists, Materials Management, and Revenue Cycle teams to improve workflow efficiency.
• Ensures procedural documentation, supply charging, inventory workflows and case completion activities are performed accurately and within established timelines.
