Qualifications

• State RN license in good standing; BLS and CPR certifications.
• BLS - American Heart Association required.
• Registered Nurse with Ohio Board of Nursing adherence.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Document care plans and progress as part of the team.
