Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Night shift RN Clinical Nurse for the Critical Care unit in the United States. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality, safe patient care under nurse managers and leaders.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, adherence to safety standards, and collaborative care planning. Required are 5+ years of direct patient care, active RN licensure, and certifications such as ACLS/BLS.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications required on hire: ACLS and BLS credentials (various accepted).
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and coordinated care.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with patient and family using bedside shift report and interdisciplinary rounds.
