Wellstar in Georgia is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse - Critical Care for a night shift position scheduled every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment under Nurse Managers and the Wellstar governance model.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, professional nursing standards, and collaboration with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must have accredited nursing program or Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred).
• RN license (Single State) or RN Multi-state Compact.
• BLS certification (Instructor).
• ACLS certification (Instructor or ACLS - Provisional).
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based care and individualized plans.
• Coordinate safe, high-quality patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Deliver patient-centered care that respects diversity and family involvement.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and act as a preceptor when needed.
