Fairview Health Services in Burnsville, MN seeks an RN for the Medical Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU), a 39-bed unit with telemetry. The RN provides assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for a diverse patient population, coordinating with the health care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Shift: 56 hours per two weeks, 8-hour nights (11pm-7:30am), every other weekend. Requires MN RN license and BLS; preferred BSN and 1–3 years of experience.

Formación

• MN RN License
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and identify expected nursing outcomes.
• Involve patient, family, and health team in data gathering.
• Use systematic data collection on biological, psychological, spiritual, and social aspects.
• Analyze data to identify risks, prioritize needs, and determine problems.
• Develop individualized nursing plans of care and update them as needed.
• Coordinate care with other health team members and delegate as appropriate.
• Provide care per plan and according to policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with care team to meet patient needs and ensure quality outcomes.
