Fairview Health Services is seeking a NICU IMC RN to provide care for critically ill premature and neonatal patients at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis. This Level IV NICU supports 74 beds and a 25-bed IMC unit with 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners on staff.

The position features 60 hours every two weeks on the night shift (12-hour shifts) with every third weekend. Requirements: MN RN license, NICU capstone/internship, and BLS; preferred BSN or BAN and

• NICU capstone/internship experience required.
• MN RN license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides care to critically ill premature and neonatal patients.
• Performs advanced monitoring using current technology.
• Manages cardio-respiratory monitoring and defibrillator use.
• Supports diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on the unit.
• Collaborates with NICU teams to ensure high-quality care.
