• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies and high-level nursing vigilance
• Monitors specialized equipment and interprets cardiac rhythms from monitors and other devices
• Develops and revises a patient‑centered plan of care based on patient needs and responses and evaluates progress
• Communicates and collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team to manage patient care on the unit
