Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands‑on care for critically ill or injured patients in unit settings.
• Supervise and evaluate assigned nursing staff and patient care technicians.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and unit resources to support patient care.
• Promote evidence‑based nursing protocols and clinical practice guidelines.
