Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND, is seeking a Cardiac Technologist specializing in invasive cardiac and electrophysiology procedures. The role uses advanced imaging, hemodynamic monitoring, and EP devices to assess and treat rhythm disturbances.

You will monitor EKGs, assist with sterile procedures, and operate X-ray equipment in a high‑class EP lab. The position requires expertise in electrophysiology, cardiovascular technology, and pharmacologic options.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Cardiovascular Technology or equivalent is required.
• Expert knowledge in electrophysiology and cardiovascular technology; pharmacology options to treat patients.
• RCES must be obtained within 18 months; RCIS preferred.
• ACLS preferred and PALS if applicable to position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, record, and analyze ECG and intracardiac pressures.
• Assist medical team with sterile EP procedures and lab operations.
• Operate X-ray equipment and lab devices during procedures.
• Provide care for patients from newborn to geriatric in EP settings.
• Ensure high-quality care and update staff on EP protocols.
