Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Diploma or ADN in Nursing is required.
• Current BLS certification is required; unit-specific licensure may apply.
• Maintaining 10 contact hours of education every two years.
• Recent applicable clinical experience in a comparable setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide independent care to unit-specific patient populations and serve as a clinical resource.
• Be accountable to patients and families for care processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate patient care.
• Support charge nurse decisions and serve as charge nurse when needed.
• Participate in unit-level Performance Improvement and Quality initiatives.
