Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, OH is seeking a Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join our Heart & Vascular Institute. You will collaborate with four EP physicians and a team of APPs to deliver innovative, patient-centered cardiovascular care within an integrated health system.

The role features high-volume EP procedures, CRM device implants, lead extractions, and potential faculty opportunities at NEOMED, with strong institutional support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology and Electrophysiology.
• Completion of Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship training.
• Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with lead extractions preferred.
• Commitment to quality care in a patient-centered, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume ablations and CRM device implants.
• Lead and participate in complex EP procedures and consultations.
• Collaborate with cardiology fellows and advanced practice providers.
• Contribute to an integrated, outcome-focused EP program.
