Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio, seeks a Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join the Heart & Vascular Institute. You will work within a collaborative EP program with a strong referral network and advanced procedural capabilities.

The incoming physician will join an experienced team providing high-volume ablations, CRM device implants, lead extractions, and device therapies in an integrated health system with NEOMED faculty opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in cardiology and electrophysiology.
• Completion of a Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship.
• Unrestricted Ohio licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with lead extractions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume EP procedures including ablations and device therapy.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient EP consultation and follow-up.
• Collaborate with a large cardiovascular team in an integrated health system.
• Contribute to teaching and research within the department.
