Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking an Echocardiography Technologist at Lancaster General Hospital and other locations. You will acquire and interpret data across 2D/3D imaging, stress studies, and pediatric echo, while supporting the physician team.

Responsibilities include on-call duties, patient prep, and coordinating with nursing staff. Recent graduates must obtain ARDMS/CCI credentials within a year, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited institution specializing in cardiac sonography.
• If recent graduate, must obtain ARDMS/CCI credential within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire data and report findings for echocardiography studies (2D/3D, M-mode, Doppler).
• Perform exercise and pharmacological stress echocardiography data collection and reporting.
• Support pediatric echocardiography data collection as required.
• Assist physicians with transesophageal echocardiography and patient prep.
• Maintain echo lab equipment and assist with on-call responsibilities.
