Job summary

Virtua Health in Voorhees, NJ is seeking an Echocardiographer to perform high-quality ultrasound images of the heart, including 2D echo Doppler studies and stress tests, under the direction of the department and medical staff.

Minimum 1 year of echocardiography experience required; ARDMS/CCI credentials within one year of hire. This part-time, on-site role offers weekday hours 7:30am–4:00pm with total weekly 20 hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of echocardiography experience.
• Knowledge of Stress Echocardiography and Transesophageal Echocardiography procedures.

Responsibilities

• Completes 2D echo Doppler studies, edits in digital system, and processes for physician interpretation.
• Completes stress echo and dobutamine stress echo studies, edits in digital system, and processes for physician interpretation.
• Completes transesophageal echocardiograms with the cardiologist, edits and processes for physician interpretation.
