Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Echo Tech at Good Samaritan Hospital to perform diagnostic cardiac/vascular ultrasound exams under a physician's direction. This role targets recent graduates or those new to the field, with on-site duties at the Lafayette campus in Colorado, and a 30-hour part-time schedule (3/10 shifts) including on-call time.

Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI certification required.
• BLS for healthcare providers required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; education from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams per department protocols.
• Prioritize and schedule exams.
• Coordinate exams with staff, physicians, and patients.
• Document results and charge codes accurately.
• Mentor caregivers and students in equipment use and technique.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
