Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a skilled Echocardiography Technologist to perform and document adult and pediatric echocardiography procedures. You will adapt procedures to patient needs, interpret data with physicians, and ensure accurate scheduling and reporting across shifts.

Requirements include 2+ years in adult echocardiography (including TEE/Stress), pediatric experience preferred, and ACC/AHA certifications. On-site position in Davenport, FL with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in adult echocardiography including transesophageal and stress echocardiography (Required).
• Pediatric echocardiography experience (Preferred).
• Pediatric proficiency within 1 year of hire (Required).

Responsibilities

• Performs, documents, and reports all procedures per department policy.
• 10 hour day shift with some weekend shifts.
• Adapts procedures to patient's medical situation and gathers information for interpretation.
• Demonstrates knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
• Calculates information accurately.
• Ensures smooth and timely flow of procedures and documents results.
