Job summary

AdventHealth in Winter Garden, Florida, seeks a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer to join our cardiovascular imaging team. You will perform adult echocardiography, including transesophageal and stress studies, and collaborate with physicians to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements include RDCS or equivalent, BLS, 2+ years in adult echocardiography (pediatric experience preferred), and the ability to work independently with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write legibly, perform basic mathematics, and speak conversational English.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Performs, documents, and reports all procedures in accordance with departmental policy.
• Communicates with physicians about abnormal findings and procedures to be interpreted.
• Maintains timely flow of procedures and works as a team member to provide the best patient care.
