Job summary

Ascension Medical Group Clinic in Marion, IN is seeking an experienced echocardiography technologist to perform adult echocardiographic examinations and prepare preliminary reports for physician review.

You will collaborate with the team to maintain equipment and supplies, contribute to quarterly QA activities, and support accreditation readiness while delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging on a full-time days schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum licensure including BLS within 30 days of hire date.
• Credentialed in one of the listed cardiac/sonography ARRT/ARDMS/CCI equivalents within 12 months of hire.
• High school equivalency or higher education with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform adult echocardiographic examinations following established protocols.
• Prepare and document preliminary echocardiography reports for physician review.
• Monitor departmental supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Participate in quarterly Quality Assurance activities.
• Collaborate to meet accreditation requirements.

Education

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
