Job summary

System Support in Ohio is seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to perform diagnostic echocardiology procedures using established techniques and protocols. You will coordinate patient flow within the Cardiopulmonary Department, exercise professional judgment, and maintain equipment in good working condition.

On-call responsibilities are included. Applicants should hold an Associate degree in Allied Health and be registered as a Cardiac Sonographer (CCI or ARDMS), with CPR certification within 30

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Allied Health required.
• Ultrasound/Sonographer major in education.
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer credential (CCI/ARDMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs diagnostic echocardiology procedures using proper techniques and protocols.
• Coordinates patient flow and the Cardiopulmonary Department activities.
• Maintains equipment in good working condition and adheres to safety standards.
• On-call responsibilities as required.
• May perform other cardiology procedures based on departmental needs.
