Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography program or equivalent experience.
• RDCS certification required (RCS acceptable).
• BART or BLS at hire with plan to obtain BART within 6 months.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant cardiac sonography experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and abilities for the duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced echocardiographic procedures, including 3D echo and strain imaging.
• Obtain diagnostic recordings and measurements; manage Doppler data with/without ultrasound contrast agents.
• Assist in training junior staff and participate in scheduling within a self-directed team.
• May float to other labs and work nights/weekends as needed.
