Responsibilities

• Review patient history and physician’s orders; educate patient on procedures and exam.
• Prepare and administer contrast media or meds within scope; monitor patient and report changes.
• Prepare equipment; select exposure factors; ensure safety; perform QC and report malfunctions.
• Position patient; perform imaging; analyze results; report scan findings and quality issues.
