Job summary

UCI Health in Orange County, CA seeks a Sr. Ultrasound Technologist specializing in cardiac diagnostic ultrasound for adult and pediatric patients. The role includes M-mode, 2D/3D, color Doppler, stress echo, and training fellows.

You will rotate shifts, participate in on-call, and ensure high-quality imaging while adhering to CVC policy for contrast injections. ARDMS/CCI certification required or equivalent; RDCS preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of cardiac ultrasound experience.
• Two years in adult echocardiology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to travel locally to ambulatory practice off-site locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full range of cardiac diagnostic ultrasound procedures on adult and pediatric patients.
• Prepare and position patients, adjust equipment to optimize imaging.
• Rotate shifts and on-call duties; assist in training fellows and students.
