Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer to join our echocardiography team in Chicago, IL. You will perform M-mode, 2D, Doppler and 3D echo studies, maintaining high-quality imaging and patient safety under the Cardiac Graphics leadership.

This position includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive benefits package. Requirements: RDCS or RCIS credentialing and CPR certifications, plus two years of echocardiography experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or Registered Cardiac Sonographer.
• CPR certifications (AHA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learns and applies echocardiograph techniques to perform procedures per protocols.
• Maintains timely scheduling and minimizes patient wait times.
• Coordinates with physicians and staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Gains proficiency in M-mode, 2D, Doppler, and 3D echocardiography.
