Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer to perform 2D echocardiograms, Doppler and stress tests. You will obtain heart images, explain testing to patients, and support physicians with interpretations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RDCS or RCS certification within twelve months of start date.
• Current CPR Certification issued by AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Obtain two-dimensional ultrasonic images of the heart including 2D echocardiograms, 2D Doppler echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms.
• Assist physicians in conducting transesophageal echocardiograms and obtain pertinent patient data for interpretation.
• Precepts Echocardiography School students and provide excellent patient service.
