Job summary

Logan Health is seeking a skilled coordinator to oversee cardiac diagnostic workflow, including EKGs, stress tests, Holter and event monitors, and PFT readings. You will ensure orders are complete in the EHR and drive timely interpretation and reporting.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree in a related field, 2+ years of cardiology experience, and an EKG certification within six months. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree in a healthcare field or related area.
• Minimum two years of healthcare experience with cardiology/EKG workflow.
• EKG certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee workflow for EKGs, stress tests, Holter and event monitors, and PFT readings.
• Ensure accurate linking of diagnostic studies to appropriate provider orders in the EHR.
• Monitor and resolve unsigned or outstanding results for prompt provider review.
• Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to optimize workflows and standardize processes.
