Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a field-based Cardiac Diagnostics sales professional to promote our portfolio within assigned US territories. You will build new accounts and expand usage with current accounts to meet revenue and unit growth targets.

You will develop regional sales plans, educate clinicians on product value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clinically proven solutions that enhance patient care and workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field/clinical sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years medical device, pharmaceutical, or related sales experience.
• Experience selling cardiac monitoring equipment or related devices.
• Direct selling experience to physicians and hospitals.
• Established relationships with key players in the cardiac monitoring industry.
• Technical aptitude; ability to discuss software algorithms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Create action plans based on quarterly and monthly sales figures with Regional Sales Manager.
• Identify needs and goals of customers by meeting physicians and hospital staff.
• Establish pricing packages meeting company guidelines and policies.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
• Build relationships with hospital personnel to identify key purchasing decision makers.
• Educate customers on product usage with presentations and demos to secure commitments.
