Job summary

Banner Health’s University Medical Center Tucson invites a dedicated RN to join the Cardiothoracic PCU team. You will provide patient-centered nursing care for adult post-surgical cardio-thoracic patients, coordinating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The unit supports state-of-the-art procedures and a collaborative culture. Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, full-time schedule, with weekend/holiday coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care or cardiology units is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, and discharge planning.
• Formulate and revise plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, and supervision of care delivery.
