Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies seeks a Territory Manager to secure new business and independently manage a sales territory, often remotely from Kestra offices. The role includes training, product support, and reimbursement assistance across clinical settings, with extensive travel up to 90%.

The position requires 5+ years in medical device sales, outside sales experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Driver’s license, MVR pass, and credentialing for hospital systems are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kestra products and provide ongoing support to customers.
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts within the territory.
• Prepare quarterly Business Plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership.
• Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care team.
• Provide timely feedback to internal stakeholders and adapt market strategies.
• Manage the sales cycle from introduction to product delivery and close.
• Maintain records and sales data; uphold confidentiality policies.
