Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Cardiac Device Management Specialist to join our physician-led team. You will conduct in-office interrogations, perform device optimizations, and coordinate remote follow-ups for implanted cardiac devices across major manufacturers.

The role requires hands-on experience with device testing, adherence to documentation standards, and participation in vendor systems. A clinical background in cardiology or electrophysiology is preferred, with certifications such as

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with in-office device interrogations and programming.
• Experience interpreting device diagnostics across major manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Address inappropriate device detections or therapy with EP physician.
• Telephonically assess pacemaker functions and respond to patient questions.
• Coordinate remote follow-up visits (Latitude, Carelink, Merlin, Biotronik).
• Maintain device testing records and office documentation.
• Track device advisories, recalls, and alerts.
• Complete rhythm management courses or equivalent experience.
