Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed as an RN in state of practice; CPR/BLS certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team in patient care.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation of care; documents according to standards.
• Maintains EMR/PaceArt documentation and patient care plans.
• Provides patient education to appropriate level of understanding and ensures patient safety.
