Job summary

Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois is seeking a Cardiac Device Specialist to perform face-to-face visits for device interrogation, re-programming, and rhythm interpretation of pacemakers and defibrillators, including remote checks. You will document in EMR and maintain PaceArt patient databases while delivering high-quality, team-based care.

The role requires strong computer skills and may prefer 1 year of EP device experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Strong computer skills and experience with EMR systems
• 1 year EP/device experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Interrogate and program implanted devices during face-to-face patient visits.
• Perform remote device checks and document results in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to plan patient care.
• Maintain device patient database in PaceArt and EMR.
• Uphold patient safety and provide patient education throughout care.
