Job summary

ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions is seeking an assembler/handler to build, service, and move medical devices and components in a fast-paced setting. You will work within procedures, maintain quality, and meet time standards while wearing PPE and following safety rules.

The role emphasizes teamwork, cross-training across stations, and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements in a regulated medical-device environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of electro-mechanical production or materials handling experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain pace on a production line.

Responsibilities

• Perform build, clean, evaluation, servicing and material handling/transaction functions in a quality manner, according to procedure, within time standards, and across multiple work stations.
• Work with others on a team and contribute as a team member in a helpful, positive, and non-disruptive manner.
• Operate safely at all times; follow safety requirements including PPE.
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment.
• Accurately record process transactions via computer or in writing.
• Communicate potential quality or production problems to the Team Lead or Supervisor promptly.
• Cross-train to learn skills to be competent in various positions.
• Flex work assignments as needed by performing different work in various areas when requested.
• Identify and participate in process improvement opportunities.
