CQ Medical in Avondale, PA is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble parts, follow blueprints, and perform quality checks using measuring devices, with supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years' assembly, manufacturing, or maintenance experience.
• Must be computer literate.
• Experience in fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and motor coordination.
• Ability to work with small tools.
• Knowledge of workplace safety.
• Must read and speak English fluently to understand work instructions.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
• Team-oriented with customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect assembly and assembled parts.
• Use drawings, tools, and other equipment to meet specification.
• Ability to handle large and small parts.
• Build and install mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Follow assembly drawings, blueprints and documentation with minimal supervision.
• Use various tools and equipment.
• Process machines safely with little direction.
• Accurately use measuring instruments.
• Interpret basic geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems during start-up.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures.
