Compensation ranges from $24.87 to $34.82 per hour with a midpoint of $29.85; schedule is full-time days with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• One to two years of scrub or hospital operating room experience as an OR technician.
• Certified Surgical Technologist credential; BLS certification.
• Availability to work full-time days with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room, instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and support the sterile field throughout surgery.
• Anticipate team needs and pass instruments during procedures.
• Participate in surgical counts and safety checks per facility procedures.
• Collaborate with circulating nurses, surgeons, and team members.
• Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent cases.
• Follow infection-prevention and patient-safety procedures.
