Heartflow in the United States seeks a Clinical Field Specialist, CT to optimize customer imaging programs and workflows while delivering expert training on Heartflow products. Travel up to 80% and on-call duties are required.

The role requires extensive cardiac CT experience, ARRT CT certification or radiology board certification, and strong communication to build relationships with technologists, radiologists, and cardiologists across customer sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiology, technology or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years cardiac CTA experience.
• Active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certified in Radiology.

Responsabilités

• Assess the customer lifecycle and optimize the coronary CT program for success.
• Identify areas of improvement and enhance onboarding quality acceptance rates.
• Ensure customers implement changes to optimize Heartflow product usage.
• Conduct virtual and/or live training of technologists in assigned geography.
• Build credibility and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records in Heartflow systems (contacts, CT volume, engagement, training).
• Capture customer feedback and participate in clinical discussions regarding Heartflow analyses across products.
• Stay current with CT and Workstation technology innovations and training materials.
• Develop plans to proactively optimize customer performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• This is a remote position with up to 80% travel and periodic on-call responsibilities.
