Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Clinical Field Specialist, CT to optimize imaging programs and workflows across the United States. You will travel to customer sites to deliver training and to build relationships with Technologists, Radiologists, and Cardiologists while demonstrating Heartflow’s CT technology.

Strong candidates have expert cardiac CT knowledge, ARRT CT certification or radiology board, and at least 3 years of CTA experience, plus excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiology or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years cardiac CTA experience.
• Active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certification in Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Assess the customer lifecycle and ensure the coronary CT program is optimized.
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend changes to improve onboarding.
• Ensure customers implement changes to optimize Heartflow product use.
• Conduct virtual and/or live training of technologists with product demos and sessions.
• Establish credibility and sustain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain records and documentation in Heartflow systems.
• Capture customer feedback and participate in clinical discussions about Heartflow analyses.
• Stay informed on latest CT/workstation tech and training materials.
