Heartflow is seeking a Clinical Field Specialist, CT to optimize customers’ imaging programs and workflows by guiding proper use of Heartflow products. Travel to customer sites for training and to build relationships with technologists, radiologists, cardiologists, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of cardiac CT, at least 3 years CTA experience, ARRT CT certification or Radiology board certification, and strong teaching and communication skills.

Formación

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years cardiac CTA experience.
• Active ARRT CT certification or Radiology board certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer lifecycle and ensure coronary CT program is optimized for success.
• Identify areas of improvement and improve quality acceptance during onboarding.
• Ensure customer has implemented changes to optimize Heartflow product use continuously.
• Conduct virtual and/or live training of technologists using demonstrations and group sessions.
• Establish credibility and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain records and documentation in Heartflow systems.
• Capture customer feedback and participate in clinical discussions regarding Heartflow analyses.
• Stay updated on CT/workstation tech and training materials for effective delivery.
• Build and execute plans to proactively optimize customer performance and identify improvement opportunities.
